We interviewed Treasure Valley Dave, a realtor in the Boise Metro area, for our YouTube channel. He’s the go-to person for anyone looking to move to Idaho from California, Oregon, Washington, or any other state. We have a lot of business in California, and getting in front of our audience is a positive thing for him when he has people moving from those areas to here. So, we did this interview with him to help provide exposure to that audience.

The interview was published on the Real Property Show, our YouTube channel for our construction and real estate companies. We published this as a blog post on our Freeman’s Construction, Inc. website.

Embedding a YouTube Video

You can get a link and embed it into the page from the YouTube channel. We also do this on our realpropertytv.com website and embed it in the designated section. You can view the embedded video on our website.

So, the embed code is placed at the top of the webpage. We always put it at the top and then add a transcription below. Then, we optimize the backlink, returning to the Treasure Valley Dave website.

Google Search Results

What does it do when I do a search for Treasure Valley Dave? I will type “Treasure Valley Dave” into a Google search. This will be an excellent lead because someone’s searching for you and not just researching, “Hey, what realtors are in this area?” This is somebody we know we’re going after, so a high-quality lead will come in.

This is a first-page Google search result. You scroll down and see a Freeman’s Construction, Inc. link. The title reads, “Do I Buy or Sell a Home First? [With Treasure Valley Dave]“. That goes directly to the blog post with the embedded video.

We made a deal with Treasure Valley Dave when we interviewed him: “Hey, look, I want to make sure we get a blog post out of this. I want to make sure that I have some transcriptions below. It’s optimized, and I have a follow backlink, not a no-follow backlink, to my website.”
